Interior Cleaning

Exterior Cleaning
Our team will assess the best way to clean the exterior of your home. We use both the traditional squeegee cleaning as used on the inside of the home as well as our Water Fed Pole (Purified Water) System in many cases. We use only professional commercial grade solutions (No Dawn soap and water here). All our products are safe and biodegradable. We do not use any ammonia or alcohol-based solutions that could affect fabrics or flooring or more importantly, your family or pets. For any additional detail of our cleaning products used, just ask and we are happy to provide Material Data Sheets for each product.

This answer is entirely up to you. Many of our clients benefit from our Elite Maintenance Packages that range from 2 to 12 services each year. The most popular packages for homes is 2-3 services per year and for business, 1-2 services per month.

There are times rain may splash up from ground or dirt blowing in the air. We offer a 7 Day Rain Guarantee to combat the few windows that may be impacted. Conditions that may delay service include heavy rain or winds, lightning or freezing temperatures.

7 Day Rain Guarantee
Rain does not typically affect your clean windows it is usually rain mixed with dust that leaves spots on the window. Let us know if the rain has left any spots and we will gladly touch up the windows impacted

We appreciate your assistance in helping us prepare for your cleaning. For exterior cleaning we ask that the gate to your back yard is unlocked and that animals are kept in area other than the area we are cleaning for their safety and ours. (Many times, we are looking up and not down making it easy for us to step on little paws) For interior cleaning we ask that all objects are taken off the window ledges and any items attached to the window are removed. Lastly if you want to open your shades or curtains prior to our arrival it is always appreciated. Our team is prepared to shift furniture as needed and are used to working around items in your home for the best cleaning possible.
